WEEKS 2 & 3 are SOLD OUT.
After selecting "Register" CREATE AN ACCOUNT so that you don't have to reenter information for each child.
Complete the online registration form - 1 form for each camper attending (campers are to be called "athlete" online in Sportical signup). Please bring your email confirmation with you on the start of your session date.
Select payment method: "Other" for interac e-transfer from your bank's on line banking site to [email protected]. You can select "PayPal" to pay by Credit Card, whether you have a PayPal account or not. Select "cheque" if you will be mailing or delivering a cheque to 67 Winners Circle, Toronto, ON M4L 3Y7 or hand delivering it to Balmy Beach Club, foot of Beech Ave. (use mail box marked "suggestions" which is located next to the door to the main hall). Cheques should be made payable to: Balmy Beach Canoe Club.
Please note:
For all registrations that are paid by PAYPAL ONLY - your child(ren)'s spots are instantly guaranteed, and the initial automated confirmation slip is all that you require.
Those payments made via interac e-transfer and/or cheque payment, your registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL FROM US WITHIN 7(SEVEN) DAYS CONFIRMING THE WEEKS YOU HAVE BOOKED, AND YOUR CHILD(REN)'S SPOT IN CAMP.
Post dated cheques are accepted if dated no more than 1 week prior to the start of the week selected.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.
Parents/Guardians please note - this summer we will be participating in field trips that include: Treetop Trekking, The Rinx, Canada's Wonderland and Toronto Blue Jays Camp Day Game. Please note the trip cost for each of these weeks is included in the fee shown.
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation by June 1 = 10% admin fee.
Cancellation June 1 to one week before your session starts = 50% admin fee.
Cancellation after your week starts = no refund.
