WE’RE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WEEKS 1 and 2 WILL GO AHEAD AS SCHEDULED WITH A FEW CHANGES TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY. Camp will run from 9am-1pm with a cap of 25/week and there will be no off site trips. Partial refunds will be provided to reflect the reduced hours and trip cancellation. DURING THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY, YOU CAN STILL RESERVE YOUR PREFERRED WEEKS AT CAMP THIS SUMMER. NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. IF CAMP IS ALLOWED TO PROCEED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PAYMENT AT THAT TIME.

The Balmy Beach Canoe Club is monitoring the evolving changes in our lives due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and is fully complying with all recommendations from Sports Canada and Canoe Kayak Canada, as well as the Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto, in order to keep our athletes safe. If you have booked time at Sports Camp, please be aware that, should this situation continue into July, you can CHANGE YOUR CHOSEN WEEK or receive FULL REFUNDS for any camp weeks that must be cancelled by emailing [email protected]. As always, the health and safety of those in our care will govern our policies.

After selecting "Register" CREATE AN ACCOUNT so that you don't have to reenter information for each child.

Complete the online registration form - 1 form for each camper attending (campers are to be called "ATHLETE" online in Sportical signup). Please bring your email confirmation with you on the first day of your week at Camp.

There are three ways to pay. Choose from:
1. "Other" for Interac e-transfer from your bank's on line banking site to [email protected].
2. "Credit Card"
3. "PayPal" if you would like to pay using your PayPal account .

If you will be mailing or delivering a cheque made payable to The Balmy Beach Canoe Club, to 67 Winners Circle, Toronto, ON M4L 3Y7.
Please note:
For all registrations that are paid by credit card or by PayPal - your child(ren)'s spots are instantly guaranteed, and the initial automated confirmation slip is all that you require.

Parents/Guardians please note - this summer we will be not be participating in field trips that include: Treetop Trekking and Wet n' Wild.

GOOD THINGS COME IN "THREE'S"...

FIRST:
We recognize that many of our amazing families have been continuously returning to Balmy Beach Sports Camp, and this summer we'd like to find a way to help say "thank you". This Summer 2020, we are pleased to offer all families (both new and familiar) who select FIVE (5) OR MORE camp sessions (they do not have to be concurrent sessions) a 5% savings off your total purchase.

SECOND:
We will also be offering those families who are registering THREE (3) OR MORE children at camp a special "3rd child" savings program. Kindly inquire with Chris at [email protected] for more specific information on how to take advantage of this particular program.

THIRD:
SORRY BEFORE AND AFTER CARE CANNOT BE OFFERED THIS YEAR. You now have the choice of pre-paying for your child(ren)'s extended hours program online, in advance! Our extended hours remain the same - 8am - 5:30pm - you may choose to prepay (by the week) for all the relevant weeks you've registered your children for. Alternatively, you may still pay daily/as needed by method of cash payment.

Cancellation by June 15 = 10% admin fee.
Cancellation June 15 to one week before your session starts = 50% admin fee.
Cancellation after your week starts (weeks begin Monday 9am) = no refund.
