Complete the online registration form - 1 form for each CIT candidate attending (candidates will be called "athlete" online in Sportical signup). Please take a moment to read and complete the the Waiver and Welcome Letter at the bottom of this page. The waiver form MUST be completed before your first day at camp. As spots are limited and competitive, please limit your registrations to a maximum of TWO weeks per CIT.
